Document Controller

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller to join our multidisciplinary engineering teams on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Lisbon. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and supporting seamless information flow across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure document accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
• Administer document management systems and associated workflows.
• Support engineering and project teams with documentation processes.
• Generate reports, manage revisions, and oversee document distribution.
• Conduct audits and maintain document standards across projects.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, construction, infrastructure, MEP, EPC, or data‑centre projects.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management.
• Experience with large‑scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage.
