About the role
The Director of International Sales will shape and execute the global commercial expansion strategy for a fast‑scaling healthcare technology organization. Based in Portugal, you will lead sales operations across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the international sales strategy, including market prioritisation and go‑to‑market planning.
- Build, scale and lead regional sales teams and leadership structures.
- Own international revenue performance, pipeline generation, forecasting and annual operating plan delivery.
- Design and optimise global distribution and channel partner networks.
- Establish strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, healthcare institutions and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Customer Success and Support to align global initiatives.
- Define global messaging, positioning, pricing and commercial playbooks adaptable to regional markets.
- Oversee regulatory and market‑access coordination with internal teams.
- Gather market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, trade shows, webinars and customer engagements worldwide.
Required profile
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, medical technology or SaaS.
- 5+ years of experience in radiation oncology or clinically adjacent healthcare sales.
- Proven track record of building and scaling international sales organisations across multiple regions.
- Strong experience managing ARR‑driven revenue models with predictable growth.
