Director Digital Process Management

About the role

The Director of Digital Process Management will lead the design, implementation, and governance of the GPS system and related processes across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures system performance, data integrity, and alignment with supply‑chain strategies while collaborating closely with operational and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate S/4 and IBP implementation programs within assigned value steps.
• Create and obtain sign‑off on process proposals, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Deliver internal and external projects on time, within budget, and in line with GPS and SCM strategies.
• Secure resources, communicate progress, and influence cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes.
• Monitor the GPS system portfolio, develop proactive solutions, and maintain business continuity.
• Define and lead Process Performance Indicators to track compliance and performance.
• Partner with operational teams for deep analysis, issue resolution, and data‑driven decision making.
• Oversee primary data, system configuration, and data replication to guarantee operational accuracy.
• Provide clear direction and manage a team of subject‑matter experts and project managers, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading planning, purchasing, or fulfillment projects at a global or market level.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain principles, logistics terminology, and basic finance.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and build consensus.
• Self‑directed, capable of meeting tight timelines and managing direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.
