Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Delnext is looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑growing transport technology team. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid‑media campaigns across multiple platforms, helping the company reach new customers and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and produce regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Conduct market, competitor and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create and test ad creatives, copy and landing pages tailored to each audience.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent Portuguese and professionally proficient English.
