Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team within the Customer Service Department. You will support the execution and optimisation of our digital marketing strategy, strengthening our online presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and continuously improve the company’s digital marketing strategy and operational plan.
• Manage the brand’s presence on social media platforms, website, and home‑banking portal.
• Plan, create, coordinate and publish digital content (text, images, newsletters, campaigns) in line with the marketing calendar.
• Support digital campaigns and product launches, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to SEO strategy and enhance organic visibility.
• Monitor, analyse and report on traffic, engagement and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate with agencies to deliver marketing assets and initiatives.
• Help optimise digital customer journeys and user experience across key touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience in content creation, campaign execution and channel management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
