Digital Marketing Manager – Multi‑Channel Growth Lead

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Air Apps, you will design, launch, and optimise data‑driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, and display channels. You’ll work closely with content, design, and product teams to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions for our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display, paid social).
• Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid acquisition channels for growth.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and link‑building to improve organic rankings.
• Analyse performance metrics, run A/B tests on creatives, and adjust spend for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad copy, landing pages, and assets.
• Track KPIs, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage email marketing flows and customer acquisition funnels.
• Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates and emerging marketing technologies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to optimise campaigns for ROAS and CAC.
• Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages and social media.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
