Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Air Apps, you will plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising and digital content strategies to drive traffic, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads and paid social media.
• Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels to drive growth.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and link‑building to improve organic rankings.
• Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests on ad creatives and optimise spend for efficiency.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copy, landing pages and marketing assets.
• Track KPIs, generate reports and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
• Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to boost retention and lifetime value.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, GA4 and UTM tracking.
• Knowledge of conversion‑rate optimisation, A/B testing and landing‑page optimisation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email‑marketing platforms.
