Digital Designer – Social & Web (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Digital Designer who will craft eye‑catching social media assets while also supporting our UX/UI team in building website and landing‑page experiences. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work with a globally distributed creative agency and collaborate across multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content and campaign assets such as posts, stories, reels and carousels.
• Collaborate with the web team to design and refine websites and internal digital tools.
• Develop conversion‑focused landing pages in partnership with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain Figma design systems and component libraries.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Figma, especially in creating and managing design systems.
• Fluent communication in English and Portuguese.
• Genuine interest in understanding client businesses and goals.
• Proactive, hands‑on team player.
