AI Designer (UI & Image Generation)

About the role

BrainRocket is seeking a highly skilled AI Designer to join its Lisbon office. This hybrid creator role blends strong visual design expertise with advanced AI tool proficiency to accelerate UI concepts, visual directions, and asset production while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate UI concepts, visual directions, and UI components using AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, and Nano Banana.
• Translate product ideas, wireframes, or briefs into polished visual outputs through structured prompting and workflow pipelines.
• Rapidly explore multiple stylistic directions to support product and brand decisions.
• Create quick sketches, wireframes, or visual drafts manually when needed, and refine AI outputs through overpainting, editing, and compositing.
• Maintain design system consistency, component libraries, and scalable UI structures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI Design, Product Design, or 2D/Concept Design with a strong digital focus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, hierarchy, usability, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to work fast in a concept‑heavy, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Expert level in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced experience with AI tools: Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana, ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting/outpainting workflows.
• Proficiency in AI prompting, pipeline creation, compositing, and advanced image editing techniques.
• Ability to sketch, wireframe, and manually iterate design ideas.
