DevOps Monitoring Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Monitoring Engineer to join the Cloud and DevOps Services department at Richemont. In this role you will be part of the Monitoring and Operations team, delivering a monitoring‑as‑a‑service platform for the Group’s cloud workloads and supporting internal engineering teams and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain the enterprise monitoring platform for cloud, network, server and storage services.
• Define and enforce clear monitoring standards and alert‑routing guidelines across all service delivery teams.
• Automate monitoring implementation and audit processes using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Ensure best practices for data collection, metric storage and real‑time problem detection.
• Provide advisory support to project teams and continuously improve monitoring capabilities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer with a focus on monitoring services.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a wide range of technical experts.

Required skills

• Infrastructure‑as‑Code automation (Terraform, Gitlab CI/CD).
• Configuration management (Ansible or equivalent).
• Scripting in Python and Bash.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools for cloud providers, networks, servers and storage.
