DevOps Engineer / SRE (Bare-Metal) – Ultra‑Low Latency Trading

About the role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer/SRE to join a high‑performance team building an ultra‑low latency algorithmic trading platform. You will work with cutting‑edge infrastructure and state‑of‑the‑art technologies in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DevOps/infrastructure components of the e‑trading platform.
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline and SDLC processes.
• Automate infrastructure configuration and deployments.
• Support complex application environments, including hardware, network, and systems.
• Collaborate with global engineering, business, and support teams.
• Enhance platform performance through infrastructure and automation.
• Perform data and tool migrations within the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues in coordination with production teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Proficiency with SDLC tools such as Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle, and Artifactory.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Geneos.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Familiarity with Java, C#, or C++ is a plus.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
