DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join Fyld, a Portuguese consulting firm focused on building reliable, scalable and automated technology solutions. The role involves improving how software is built, deployed and operated across our client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes, including Helm chart management.
• Collaborate with development, security and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery and operation of services.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
• Apply security and compliance checks within CI/CD workflows following DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and software delivery lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Fluency in English.
