DevOps Engineer – Internal Developer Platform

About the role

You will join a fast‑moving engineering team as a DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, governing, and scaling a next‑generation internal developer platform. The role focuses on building a resilient, secure, and cost‑effective hybrid cloud ecosystem that accelerates AI‑assisted software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support Developer Experience by tracking and optimizing deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR.
• Orchestrate parallel delivery pipelines for high‑velocity preview environments and audited production releases.
• Design and maintain cloud‑native platform architecture using an “Architecture‑as‑Product” mindset.
• Implement FinOps and predictive autoscaling policies via Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Embed automated security scanning, vulnerability detection, secrets management, and compliance‑as‑code into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to create end‑to‑end delivery frameworks.
• Drive AI‑Ops‑based predictive observability and self‑healing mechanisms.
• Curate reference architectures, service templates, and Golden Paths for AI code assistants.
• Mentor teams and mitigate AI transformation side‑effects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Strong motivation, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
