DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure & Deployment

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of infrastructure deployment and ensure reliable operation of its production environments. The role combines design, automation, and operational responsibilities across both Linux and Windows platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, configure and release infrastructure using Terraform modules and state management.
• Automate configuration and application setup with Ansible, handling roles, inventories and secure secrets.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, including validation, planning, linting and approvals.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems (systemd, networking, storage, performance tuning) and Windows Server environments, including high‑availability clustering.
• Operate, tune and ensure high availability of core services such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Nginx.
• Implement monitoring and alerting with VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, creating exporters, rules, dashboards and capacity tracking.
• Drive reliability through incident response, root‑cause analysis, post‑mortems and preventive actions.
• Standardize environments across dev, test and prod, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate on release planning, change management and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
