DevOps Engineer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Komodo Consulting is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a project for a technology company. The role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model (two days per week on‑site). You will help evolve the existing DevOps platform and support migration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and evolve the current DevOps platform.
• Migrate repositories, teams, and components to Gluon/GitHub.com.
• Adapt, analyse and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot automation workflows.
• Configure applications in Gluon, including components and application‑config.
• Assist development teams during onboarding and migration.
• Produce and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Analyse issues, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure and development teams.

Required profile

• Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Ability to read and analyse existing code and configuration.
• Experience in enterprise or banking environments is a plus.
