DevOps Engineer Backend

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer – Backend you will design, automate and maintain the infrastructure that powers our backend systems. You will collaborate closely with developers to streamline deployments, improve scalability and ensure reliability, security and cost‑effectiveness of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and improve reliability.
• Enforce security best practices, including identity management, logging and vulnerability management.
• Optimise cloud resource utilisation for cost‑effectiveness and scalability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
