Device Analysis Capability Manager – Automotive Electronics

About the role

The Device Analysis Capability Manager will ensure that Bosch automotive products can be effectively analysed throughout their lifecycle, from development to field service. This role acts as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, driving analysis capabilities and supporting quality assurance across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Bosch products can be analysed across all stages (triage, production, 0km/0hrs, field complaints).
• Act as the main interface for internal and external stakeholders regarding analysis capabilities during development.
• Own projects from kick‑off through Series Care (QGC5).
• Integrate warranty analysis and triage requirements into the development phase.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, customers, and external partners.
• Coordinate timely development and quality of test equipment and analysis tools.
• Escalate risks or issues related to deadlines or quality.
• Maintain key artefacts such as the Analysis Handbook, Analysis Concept, and stakeholder requirements for triage.
• Support project teams in preparation for quality gates related to analysis.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer to Series Care teams and lead the analysis area.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Electronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in requirements management (HW/SW/System) with cross‑functional and distributed stakeholders.
• Experience in development environments with strong interaction between hardware and software.
• Good understanding of hardware and software test design and analysis methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of warranty analysis and triage processes.
• Ability to coordinate complex technical dependencies and tools.
• Very good written and spoken English.
