Process Specialist for Assembly

About the role

Are you passionate about manufacturing processes, industrial technologies and continuous improvement? Join our team and play a key role in the development, implementation and optimisation of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will work closely with production, maintenance, product development and international teams to ensure robust, efficient and high‑quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define requirements and specifications for production equipment and ensure compliance with process guidelines and standards.
• Install, validate and support new processes and equipment on production lines, including layout changes.
• Conduct process capability studies, pre‑acceptance and final acceptance of equipment with suppliers.
• Maintain PFMEA and Control Plans, identify potential failure modes and ensure process stability.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, FPY, IRR and IDC, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead problem‑solving activities, task forces and train production and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure robust processes for new and existing products.
• Share best practices (Yokoten) and contribute to the global process team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, responsible, curious, resilient and team‑oriented.
