Delivery Specialist – Hub

About the role

Join O’Reilly Auto Parts as a Delivery Specialist – Hub, responsible for safely transporting parts and products to stores and distribution centers. This role requires a professional, customer‑focused attitude and the ability to follow a set delivery schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver parts and products to designated stores and/or distribution centers.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain a daily city route manifest and keep fleet/fuel cards, vehicle keys, and paperwork secure.
• Verify invoices and obtain signatures from store team members for each delivery.
• Report any delays or issues to the city delivery supervisor and affected stores.
• Project a professional image to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Clock in/out according to company policy and complete pre‑trip vehicle checks (fluid levels, mileage, fuel).
• Report maintenance needs promptly and secure the vehicle at the end of each day.

Required profile

• Valid state driver’s license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements.
• Driving record that meets the company’s 14/18‑point system.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with Spanish highly desired.
