Data Engineer – English Speaking (M/F/D)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Data Engineer who loves turning data into valuable assets. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional team to design, build and maintain data products that boost productivity and enable cloud‑native, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimise and maintain scalable data architecture.
• Ingest, transform and process large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain real‑time data pipelines.
• Support machine‑learning model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to drive cloud adoption and data‑centric strategies.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and introduce new tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong background in Python or Scala and SQL (at least 3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Experience with semantic modelling (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Vault, Data Mart).
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Python or Scala programming.
• SQL and relational database expertise.
• Big‑data processing engines such as Spark or Flink.
• Knowledge of storage formats: JSON, Parquet, ORC.
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data stores (distributed file systems, NoSQL).
