Data Analyst – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our innovative, collaborative team in Lisbon. The role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, extracting insights, and delivering actionable information to business stakeholders. You will work with modern data platforms in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Develop data extraction, processing, and loading workflows.
• Optimize code and database queries for performance and scalability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver data insights in accessible, user‑friendly formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impacts.
• Ensure data reliability, stability, and quality across systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Python and API development.
• Proficiency in PySpark and solid SQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle Database and data warehouses.
• Hands‑on experience building pipelines with Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• English level minimum B2.
