Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who is fluent in both English and French to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity initiatives for our international clients. Based in Porto with a hybrid work arrangement, you will coordinate technical teams across borders and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity projects through all phases, from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders in international environments.
• Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity environments.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Network Security.

• Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
