Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to join our growing team in Lisbon. You will work on a variety of security projects, ensuring our systems and data remain protected while supporting business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, data breaches, and suspicious activities across endpoints, email, and access controls.
• Investigate incidents and lead incident‑response actions.
• Mitigate risks and promote good security practices within project teams.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery, remediation, and business continuity plans.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or DLP within cybersecurity projects.
• Fluent English.
• Mid‑level professional comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Governance, compliance and risk management.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• ISO 27000 series, ISO 31000, ISO 22000.
• NIST, COBIT, NIS2 frameworks.
• Incident response and vulnerability monitoring.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
