Cyber Risk Analyst – Payments & Permanent Control (French Speaker)

About the role

Lùkla is seeking a Cyber Risk Analyst to join its strategic cybersecurity team in Porto. The role focuses on payment services and operational risk governance within a highly regulated international banking environment. You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT, and risk stakeholders to ensure robust risk oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Support cyber risk and permanent control activities across critical payment services.
• Perform risk analysis, root‑cause investigations, and impact assessments.
• Monitor remediation plans and corrective actions.
• Contribute to audits, RCSA, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and risk teams to enhance risk visibility for management.

Required profile

• Experience in IT Risk, Cyber Risk, or Permanent Control.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Familiarity with DORA or PCI‑DSS is a plus.

Required skills

• ServiceNow or other GRC tools.
• Knowledge of DORA framework.
• Knowledge of PCI‑DSS standards.
