Cybersecurity Project Manager (French speaker)

About the role

Decskill is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end security initiatives across its international client base. The role combines technical cybersecurity knowledge with strong project management expertise, and requires fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from concept through delivery, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and Development.
• Monitor progress, report status to stakeholders and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with security standards, policies and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, preferably in technical or engineering environments.
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or IT.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) communication skills.
