Customer Support Advisor (English C1) – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor with C1‑level English proficiency to join our growing international team in Lisbon. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance across phone, email and chat channels. You will play a key role in maintaining high satisfaction levels and contributing to the overall success of our service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive customer support via phone, email and live chat, ensuring queries are answered promptly.
• Manage a wide range of customer inquiries related to product features, billing, and account management.
• Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary while keeping the customer informed.
• Record all interactions meticulously in the internal CRM system to maintain a clear history of customer contacts.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to share knowledge, improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact‑centre environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining a customer‑centric attitude.
