Customer Success Manager – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. You will own relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve success and derive maximum value from our global employment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
• Address and manage customers' health cases, respond to inquiries, and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls to drive adoption.
• Manage escalations, collaborate cross‑functionally, and use data‑driven insights to advocate for customers.
• Partner with Sales, Treasury, Product, Support and Marketing to ensure retention and maximize platform value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a quota‑carrying SaaS role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple customer relationships and driving success initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle conflicts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
