Customer Service Support Officer Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Customer Service & Support team, focusing on the account opening process. This position is part of the first line of service and plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate account opening documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures and regulatory/KYC requirements.
• Communicate with clients to clarify or request missing documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding interactions for audit and process improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
• High attention to detail and a structured, rigorous approach to work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred); Chinese is a plus.
