Customer Service Representative – Italian Speaker (Lisbon, On‑Site)

About the role

Join a leading global BPO that supports one of the world’s fastest‑growing digital platforms. As an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative you will interact with sellers and partners, helping them succeed on the platform while delivering high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound assistance to Italian‑speaking customers across multiple channels.
• Support sellers and partners throughout sales and account‑management interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve seller performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure all communications comply with internal policies and business guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management or customer success.
• Demonstrated sales awareness and ability to influence seller outcomes.
• Native or fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Preferably no prior experience with ByteDance projects.
