About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural team in Guimarães, Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, providing professional answers and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
Document each interaction and follow up on open cases.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to share best practices.

Required profile

Fluent French (spoken and written).
Good level of English is a plus.
Motivated with a strong service mindset.
Based in Guimarães or willing to relocate.
