About the role

knok is looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join its front‑desk team. You will support doctors and patients using knok’s digital health platform, handling appointment scheduling, inquiries and complaints to ensure a smooth, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate home consultations, ensuring efficiency and real‑time monitoring.
• Handle emails and phone calls related to home consultations.
• Register and manage appointment requests.
• Work closely with the triage team and doctors to align schedules.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes.
• Clarify knok subscription plans for customers and partners.

Required profile

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to use multiple tools simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility to work 24‑hour shift patterns.
• Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken.
