Customer Relationship Manager (English)

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will support the Sales team by generating revenue‑related activities, acting as the primary point of contact for customers after sale, and ensuring a professional, seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and educate them on Colt’s systems, tools and processes.
• Empower customers to self‑serve through the Colt Portal.
• Understand customer requests and align them with Colt’s product portfolio.
• Support transactional sales activities, contract renewals and dedicated account projects.
• Coordinate pricing, quoting and ordering, collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely orders.
• Initiate and lead regular customer meetings focused on management topics.
• Provide proactive escalation support when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing attitude with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and internal departments.
• Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple customer requests.
