Customer Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will join the ThousandEyes Professional Services team to lead end‑to‑end customer implementations. You will guide projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring clear scope, solid planning and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of IT software implementation projects, coordinating customers, consultants, sales, customer success and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, manage risks, dependencies and executive communications.
• Run multiple concurrent projects with cross‑team dependencies while keeping engagements on schedule.
• Translate complex deployment goals into practical plans and create a consistent onboarding experience.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure customers realize the value of ThousandEyes quickly.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of project management experience delivering IT software solutions.
• Proven ability to manage full‑lifecycle implementations and handle senior‑level customer collaborators.
• Experience juggling several projects simultaneously with cross‑functional teams.
