CRM Marketing Officer – French Speaker

About the role

Natixis is looking for a CRM Marketing Officer who is fluent in French and English to support its marketing initiatives for the French market. You will work closely with marketing project managers in France, ensuring that communication assets are correctly prepared, approved and deployed through the CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparatory phase of quarterly marketing cycles by providing data and insights to French project managers.
• Receive, review and forward communication assets, handling proofs (BAT) and ensuring quality before launch.
• Set up campaigns across multiple channels, including targeting, asset integration and offline components.
• Make marketing kits available within the CRM tool for internal users.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work reactively and collaboratively.
• Only English CVs will be considered.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
