Creator Relations Specialist

About the role

Air Apps, a Lisbon-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is hiring a Creator Relations Specialist. This is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, with relocation support offered. The specialist owns the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from sourcing to payment, and manages relationships so that creators' work meets Air Apps' standards and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source creators aligned with Air Apps' vision and content goals.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including outreach, hiring, briefing and contract coordination.
• Define deliverables, timelines and expectations for each creator.
• Review creator deliverables, give feedback and validate them for completeness and accuracy before approval.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payment of creators.
• Maintain records of agreements, deliverables and outcomes.
• Partner with marketing and product teams so creator content supports broader company goals.

Required profile

• Around 2+ years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management or talent operations.
• Proven experience managing creators or freelancers from sourcing to payment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for one-on-one relationships.
• Comfortable working onsite and managing in-person interactions and events.
