Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a fast‑moving performance marketing group based in Lisbon, focused on data‑driven creative work. We are seeking a Creative Strategist who blends direct‑response thinking with hands‑on campaign execution to drive high‑impact results across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end creative strategies, including research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concept pipelines for diverse client verticals.
• Generate and test new creative angles continuously, without waiting for formal briefs.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative decisions and iterate quickly.
• Occasionally dive into live ad accounts to ensure strategic concepts are executed correctly.
• Share winning angles, tactics, and learnings across teams to foster cross‑vertical synergy.
• Stay current on platform formats, industry trends, and emerging creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance‑focused creative roles.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability, with a bias toward generating ideas.
• Analytical mindset that uses performance metrics to refine creative output.
• Self‑directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work across different business contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
