Content Moderator – Join a Multicultural Team in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Content Moderator to join our Lisbon office. You will help ensure that e‑commerce product listings and user‑generated content meet our quality standards while delivering a smooth experience for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of leading e‑commerce products, services and platform standards.
• Review and moderate product descriptions, images and user comments to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication with customers and internal teams via chat or email.
• Handle high volumes of moderation requests, especially during promotional periods, while preserving accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive, service‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely under pressure.
• Calm, balanced approach to challenges and repetitive tasks.
• Confidence to make independent decisions and prioritize quality.
