Community Manager – Build & Engage Global User Community

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a proactive Community Manager to shape and grow its global user community. You will be the voice of the brand across forums, social media groups and user events, fostering a positive, inclusive environment that keeps users engaged with our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to attract and retain users.
• Manage and moderate forums, social media groups and discussion platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Slack).
• Respond to user inquiries, moderate conversations and promote positive interactions.
• Organise and promote community events, webinars and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor, analyse and report on community engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and policies, handling conflicts and escalating issues when needed.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management or customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage users.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts and enforce community guidelines.
• Experience planning and executing community‑driven events or initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse engagement data and adjust strategies.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, user‑centric digital environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups and Slack.
• Familiarity with community‑building and analytics platforms.
