Communication & Design Specialist

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as a Communication & Design Specialist, supporting a portfolio of large organisations in banking, insurance, telecom and energy. You will create and coordinate communication and marketing initiatives that reinforce brand consistency and drive stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and coordinate tailored communication and marketing plans for diverse services, projects and initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts, storylines and key messages for internal and external audiences.
• Create, edit and maintain professional written, visual and multimedia materials, including presentations, graphics and videos.
• Provide visual and graphic design support, ensuring brand consistency across all communication and event activities.
• Support internal communication, knowledge sharing and event coordination through editorial review and content production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communication and design roles (mid‑level seniority).
• Proven expertise in communication planning, multi‑channel delivery, stakeholder analysis and message development.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation and a commitment to integrity and ethics.
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal) and a valid work permit for Portugal.
