Communication & Branding Specialist

About the role

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) in Portugal is seeking a Communication & Branding Specialist to strengthen internal and external communication, promote the SBS brand, and support organizational initiatives across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute a communication kit that showcases SBS services, language capabilities, successes, and achievements to all countries.
• Collaborate with HR to design and implement innovative employer‑branding programs, including success‑story promotion, office branding, posters, newsletters, and events.
• Create visual branding assets for SBS customers and produce communication materials such as videos, newsletters, and best‑practice shares.
• Design and manage online questionnaires to gather feedback from shared‑service users, analyse results, and work with domain leads on corrective actions.
• Ensure organizational projects and initiatives are effectively communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal partners (communications, wellness, inclusion) to support diversity, social responsibility, and quality‑of‑life strategies.
• Organise, prepare, and moderate SBS webinars.
• Maintain brand image and corporate guidelines across all communication channels.
• Identify partners and platforms to amplify the SBS brand and support recruitment events.

Required profile

• Graduation or background in communication, marketing, or public relations.
• Proven experience in corporate communication and relationship building inside and outside an organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
