Communication & Branding Manager (GBS)

About the role

We are seeking a Communication & Branding Manager to lead internal communication and employer branding initiatives for Sodexo Business Services in Portugal. The role will shape messaging, strengthen our employee value proposition, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication and employer branding strategies aligned with corporate culture and business goals.
• Manage communication channels such as SharePoint, LinkedIn, newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms.
• Create content for leadership messages, campaigns, presentations, and branding materials, maintaining tone and visual consistency.
• Lead employee engagement programs, including recognition, onboarding, culture campaigns, and corporate events.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver clear, authentic communications.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding or brand management, preferably in a shared‑services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present to large audiences.
• Strong storytelling and editing abilities, capable of translating complex topics into engaging content.
