Commercialization Project Manager – French Speaker

About the role

WTW is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager who will act as the primary liaison for multi‑channel customer contacts within health insurance flows. The role supports the H&B France commercialization team and works closely with sales colleagues to promote WTW’s health, prevention and well‑being solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams by preparing and delivering clear explanations of health, prevention and well‑being offerings.
• Participate in client meetings to present methodologies, tools and programmes.
• Provide expert insights on prevention strategies, employee well‑being frameworks and market best practices.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and sales materials.
• Ensure prospects and clients fully understand the value and impact of WTW’s solutions.

Required profile

• Highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal and client‑orientation skills.
• Knowledge of the health insurance landscape in France.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy, respect for rules, procedures and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively, autonomously and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• French language proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
