Cloud Network Administrator

About the role

The Cloud Network Administrator is responsible for the installation, operation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s server, email, firewall, proxy and intrusion detection systems, as well as the broader cloud services infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot all company server systems and cloud services infrastructure.
• Manage email server environments, including on‑premise and outsourced Hosted Exchange platforms.
• Administer firewall, proxy and intrusion detection solutions, handling daily additions, deletions and reporting.
• Configure and support network hardware such as hubs, switches, routers and virtual networking appliances.
• Set up, migrate, monitor and troubleshoot dedicated virtual servers, virtual desktops and related cloud customer appliances.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for internal and external users, including computers, telephony (IPPBX) and disaster‑recovery equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in server and network administration within a cloud‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and email system management.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and service providers for migration and support tasks.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
