Client Advisor Web Solutions French Speaking

About the role

Workster Jobs is looking for a motivated, digitally‑savvy professional to join its client advisory team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers using our web‑based solutions, helping them maximise value while advancing your career in digital customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for clients using web platforms, products and digital services.
• Consult and advise clients on best practices to achieve their business goals with our solutions.
• Guide customers through account set‑up, feature configuration, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical support, product managers and other internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with updates, version releases and testing of new web functionalities.
• Document interactions and manage service requests using CRM tools.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional digital solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2) and native‑level French (C2).
• Strong technical literacy and confidence using web browsers, CMS platforms and office software.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent online customer experiences.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital support or web platform administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural team environment.
