Chief of Staff to CEO (Global)

About the role

Dance Yourself Fit is scaling rapidly across Europe and needs a strategic partner for its CEO. As Chief of Staff you will translate vision into action, oversee cross‑functional execution and ensure the leadership machine runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s primary operational partner, managing priorities and keeping him informed without noise.
• Lead strategic projects from definition through delivery and post‑mortem review.
• Own the operational health of the business, including the software stack (HubSpot, Zapier, ClickUp, ClickFunnels), vendor relationships, cost audits and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to align team direction and execution.
• Build and enforce reporting standards, scorecards and weekly summaries.
• Represent the CEO in cross‑functional decisions when he is unavailable.
• Drive AI implementation strategy, identify automation opportunities and lead rollouts.
• Manage the Operations Manager and coordinate with all team leads.
• Oversee training delivery, SOP migration and enforce new operational standards.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews, develop individual plans and handle performance escalations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations or senior business management role, preferably in a startup or founder‑led environment.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute.
• Exceptional communicator, able to influence without authority.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid context‑switching and high pressure.
• Proven track record of building lasting systems.
• AI‑literate and proactive about leveraging automation tools.
