Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

UltaHost is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to steer its financial strategy as the company expands globally. The CFO will join the executive team, influencing growth, operational efficiency, and risk management across the web-hosting and cloud infrastructure business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term vision and international expansion.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation and ensure sustainable financial operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks and strategic partners.
• Assess investment opportunities, funding options, and potential M&A transactions.
• Oversee FP&A processes to provide data-driven insights for executive decisions.
• Identify financial risks and implement robust risk-management frameworks.
• Optimize payment processing workflows using platforms such as Stripe, Checkout.com and PayPal.
• Drive profitability improvements and cost-efficiency across business units.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax obligations and reporting standards.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in technology, cloud, hosting or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of strategic financial planning, investor relations and scaling operations.
• Deep understanding of international finance regulations and M&A processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Stripe, Checkout.com and PayPal payment platforms.
