Candidate Experience Partner / Recruiter (Hungarian Speaker)

About the role

The Candidate Experience Partner will own the complete candidate journey, from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, the role leverages data‑driven insights, advanced sourcing techniques, and a focus on diversity and inclusion to attract top talent and strengthen the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sourcing and conversion data in the ATS to optimise recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to define role requirements.
• Identify, attract and engage talent from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants and external sources using innovative methods.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, screening applicants and presenting refined shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of future candidates while providing clear, consistent communication.
• Conduct phone or video interviews, document feedback and ensure timely follow‑up with Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate as a sourcing business partner to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to create balanced candidate pools and position the company as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hungarian with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Comfortable analysing data and using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with hiring stakeholders.
