Buyer Planner Procurement Manager

About the role

The Buyer Planner Procurement Manager will be based on‑site in Anasco and will drive purchasing, material planning and supplier management to support our pharmaceutical, medical‑device and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand, plan inventory levels and issue purchase orders aligned with production schedules and project timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports using ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and quality teams to meet FDA and ISO compliance requirements.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and cost‑efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in purchasing, procurement planning and inventory management, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to build and manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.
