Buyer – Communication Services (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Buyer – Communication Services on a maternity‑leave cover basis to join the Procurement Corporate Services commodity at Airbus Portugal. The role is part of General Procurement and will manage the Communication sub‑commodity portfolio worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global procurement strategies for communication services, including events, exhibitions, and creative services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end Call for Tender process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and administration.
• Optimize total cost of ownership and report on savings targets.
• Drive strategic supplier relationship management and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong negotiation, legal/contracting and supplier relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of export control and sustainability regulations.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus.
