Business Travel Consultant - Italian Speaking

About the role

Workster Jobs is seeking a motivated Business Travel Consultant who is fluent in Italian and English to join our Lisbon BPO team. You will deliver end‑to‑end travel solutions for corporate clients, ensuring smooth planning, booking and support for international business trips.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and book flights, hotels, ground transport and ancillary services using global distribution systems.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and online platforms in both Italian and English.
• Provide advice on visa requirements, travel policies, insurance and destination information.
• Handle travel emergencies and last‑minute changes while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.
• Keep travel records up‑to‑date in the company’s management system.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or customer service advisor, preferably in a BPO or hospitality setting.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
